About
The Phoenix Nursing degree programme is non-profit degree programme for Myanmar's nurses.

It is led by Myanmar Nurses and supported by international nursing experts from around the world.
We use a hybrid model of online resources and classroom teaching

This hybrid model of nurse education supports the delivery of a bachelors nursing degree which has been created to be aligned to the Myanmar Nursing National Curriculum and the International Council of Nursing degree standards.
The Phoenix degree has been designed to be delivered by any nursing university/ training college through recorded lectures facilitated by a supported on-site faculty.
The programme also includes guided workplace-based learning in local hospitals and health facilities with progress on clinical development evidenced through a structured portfolio of learning.
The Phoenix has been adapted to enable both the development of new nurse graduates and the upskilling of the existing workforce,
-
Foundation Nursing Degree Programme – a full-time three-year nursing degree programme for those with no prior healthcare qualification.
-
Bridging Nursing Degree Programme – A 1-year intensive degree which supports nurses qualified at diploma level to attain a degree in nursing.
This programme strengthens the underlying health system and builds towards a strong nursing workforce for future recovery.
